Leadership Mineral Wells was established in 1993 through cooperative efforts of community Chamber leaders. It promotes the continued development of leadership among decision-makers and active community partners.  It has been designed to provide participants with a probing look at our community’s strengths and challenges.

 

Leadership Mineral Wells will:

• Inform the participants about the area’s history, government, economy, social issues, strengths, needs and opportunities and the existing processes for dealing with them.
• Provide interactive training in building and enhancing personal leadership skills
• Introduce participants to and establish a dialogue with each other and current leaders from Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County and the Lone Star State.
• Encourage the participants to actively participate in future activities which will contribute to the growth and betterment of the local community.
