Through its Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Mineral Wells Area Chamber of Commerce provides the following services to groups planning meetings, reunions and retreats: Assistance during certain site visits. Supplying tour package and local entertainment information. Referring meeting planners to local firms who can provide for food, entertainment, supply, and other services. Data for local attractions and banquet facilities. Welcome packets for meeting attendees. Assistance with VIP welcome in certain circumstances. Provide conference room at the Chamber Visitors Center for conferences with meeting planners as needed. Provide collateral material to meeting planners to include in mailings to help with meeting/conference attendance.
