Spotlight on Business: Hill's Style ShoppeHill’s Style Shoppe, a North Texas tradition in ladies’ fashion, celebrated over 63 years in operation in April. The store is operated by Margaret Hill Colton, whose father and grandfather established the store in 1946. Numerous honors hang on the walls in recognition of the family’s service and charitable work. In 1996, Margaret was nominated for the prestigious Texas Family Business of the Year Award. She now serves as Mayor Pro Tem of Mineral Wells. Hill’s Style Shoppe is located at 106 South Oak in historic downtown. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
