State of the Community: Building for a Better Future
The 4th Annual State of the Community Luncheon will be on February 20, 2015. This year’s speaker lineup will once again feature The Baker Development Team of Chad Patton and Laird Fairchild. They will come and give the community an update on their progress for the Baker Hotel project. We have not heard much from the team lately and hopefully they will have some great news to share in 2015 for a possible start date.
This year’s line-up will also include Ken Choffel from HDR Engineering. Ken and his team have been working with the city to help recommend an alternative solution to our water issues. Ken will share some insight to the new developments on the Turkey Peak project as well as why the city has taken the present course of action.
Sponsorships are available immediately and tickets can be reserved at any time. Call the Chamber at (940) 325-2557 if you are interested in being a part of this marquee event in our community.
