Host a Meeting 

The Mineral Wells Area Chamber of Commerce can help you coordinate almost any function, whether it's a corporate function, a retreat, a sporting event, or a reunion. Whether you need assistance getting bids for facilities and catering or welcome bags for attendees, the Chamber's Tourism Department is your one-stop shop to a perfect meeting.

On-Site Visits -

Arrange on site visits of meeting locations and/or hoteliers for a first-hand view of facilities.

Bid Presentations-

The Mineral Wells Area Chamber of Commerce Tourism Department will create bid proposals for your event to come to Palo Pinto County and/or the City of Mineral Wells.

Hotel Reports-

At your request, a request for proposal (RFP) for your event will be sent out to all of our area hoteliers and other properties that meet the needs of your event. A report will then be compiled for your personal use.

Pre and Post-Convention Meetings

Our staff is available to attend local pre-convention meetings and a wrap-up meeting at the conclusion of the event.

Spouse/Children’s Activities

The Chamber can provide assistance in program development and coordination.

Meal and Entertainment Functions-

The Chamber will assist in the development of special events and functions at our attractions or local venues. 

Catering Options

We provide a Chamber-approved Catering List of local caterers. 

Tours -

Develop and coordinate tours of local attractions, points of interest, and historical landmarks. Step-on guides may also be provided to enhance your tour experience.

Coordination of Transportation

After receiving your itinerary, our staff is available to coordinate transportation via Public Transit Services between the hotels and off-site functions.
